Please Read Carefully
By purchasing from or using EricaxNicole, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase our products. "We," "us," and "our" refer to EricaxNicole, operated by NdaCutLifestyles, Inc.
We sell digital Canva templates, delivered instantly as a download link after purchase. You'll need a Canva account (free or paid) to open and edit the files.
When you purchase a template, we grant you a license to use it for your own personal or business content, such as social media posts, flyers, or marketing materials. This license is for a single owner or business only.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template file itself (in its original or lightly edited form) with anyone else. You may not claim a template as your own original design and resell or redistribute it as a template. You may not share your purchased files publicly or transfer your license to another person or business.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through WooPayments (Stripe). Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final, per our Refund & Returns Policy.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login information secure and for any activity under your account.
All template designs remain the intellectual property of EricaxNicole. Purchasing a template gives you a license to use it as described above; it does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes on our intellectual property rights or those of others.
Our products are provided "as is." We aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our templates or site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
