Girl, put the phone down

You know you should not text him. You have typed the paragraph, deleted it, rewritten it, and convinced yourself that maybe this time he will understand.

Maybe you want closure. Maybe you miss him. Or maybe you are wondering why someone who could not give you the bare minimum still has so much access to your emotions.

Before you send another paragraph explaining how someone hurt you when they already know what they did, read this before you text him.

I need this journal Coming soon. Get on the list first.

Because missing him is one thing. Losing yourself trying to keep him is another.

Not your typical healing journal

Read This Before You Text Him. is a bold, unfiltered, 15-day guided no-contact journal for women who are tired of repeating the same emotional cycles, ignoring red flags, making excuses, and giving unlimited chances to people who have already shown them who they are.

This is not a typical healing journal full of generic affirmations. It is the conversation you have been avoiding, the uncomfortable questions you need to answer, and a place to put everything you want to say to him without actually hitting send.

Through honest conversations, guided reflection, emotional exercises, and thought-provoking questions, the journal encourages readers to recognize patterns, confront uncomfortable truths, establish boundaries, and begin choosing themselves.

08

Preparing for when he comes back

Slow down. Reflect. Choose you.

Each day invites you to slow down and reflect through guided writing prompts, personal exercises, and direct, relatable conversations. Some pages may make you laugh, some may make you cry, and some may make you realize you needed to hear an uncomfortable truth.

Real talk: the goal is not to erase feelings or promise you will be over an ex in 15 days. It is to create space to think differently, respond differently, and begin making decisions that honor your own well-being.

Inside the journal

Private. Personal. None of your business.

  • This journal belongs to: yeah, you.
  • The day I decided enough was enough.
  • When I want to give up, I need to remember: why did I choose myself in the first place?
  • Day 08 · Face the facts: Who said it had to be him? girl, the dream was yours too.

This is for you if...

  • You have typed a paragraph you know you should not send.
  • You keep checking your phone for his name.
  • You have given more chances than you can count.
  • You are tired of explaining your feelings.
  • You miss the good moments while overlooking the bad.
  • You have attempted no contact and started over.

If you read that and felt personally attacked, girl, this journal might be exactly what you need.

Why I created it

I wanted something that did not feel like a therapist giving a lecture. I wanted it to sound like a real conversation between women. Sometimes you do not need another motivational quote. Sometimes you need somebody to say, Girl, why are you about to send another paragraph to somebody who ignored the first five?

But you also need a safe place to unpack why you are hurting. This journal is bold, honest, and uncomfortable when it needs to be. Underneath all of that, it is about recognizing your worth, setting boundaries, and not losing yourself trying to hold onto someone else.

xo, Erica Nicole

You have already said enough. Explained enough. Given enough chances. Maybe it is time to stop having the same conversation with him and start having a different conversation with yourself.
